The frame is built from 44mm x 44mm R4C timber with 12mm pressure treated cladding finished in grey paint. The glazing is 3mm toughened safety glass throughout including the door. That combination handles wind and rain well and lets in strong natural light year round.

Two opening roof vents sit on either side of the apex to regulate temperature. Two-shelf staging with brackets is included so you can start growing straight away. Tomatoes peppers cucumbers and overwintering tender plants all work well in a greenhouse this size.

Professional installation is included in the price using a clip system so there is no DIY headache. The door has chrome fittings and a 3-lever mortice lock. Annual wood retreatment is needed to maintain the 1-year warranty. Optional guttering and extra staging are available to add on.

The 1.32m x 2.4m floor area fits two standard grow bags end to end along the centre. That gives you space for six tomato plants or four pepper plants at floor level. The included two-shelf staging runs along one side and holds seed trays and small pots in spring. In summer use the staging for cucumbers or chillies in pots. In autumn and winter the same space works well for overwintering tender perennials and frost-sensitive container plants. The timber frame must be retreated once a year to protect against rot and fungal decay. This is also a condition of the 1-year warranty. Clean the toughened glass panels periodically to maximise light levels. Check that the two roof vents open and close freely each season. The grey painted finish should be inspected annually for any areas needing a touch up.
