Palram Canopia Victory Orangery 12ft x 10ft Walk-In Polycarbonate Greenhouse (3.6m x 3m)

The Palram Canopia Victory Orangery (702422) is a large walk-in polycarbonate greenhouse measuring 12ft x 10ft (3.6m x 3m). That gives you 10.8 square metres of growing space enough to run proper rows of grow bags, a staging bench and still move around freely. The double-apex Victorian-style roof is not just decorative it channels rainwater off efficiently and gives you a 2700mm ridge height. It works as a standalone conservatory too.

The frame is rust-resistant aluminium with a galvanised steel perimeter base. The 4mm twin-wall polycarbonate roof panels transmit 82% light and add thermal insulation. Wall panels are 0.7mm crystal clear polycarbonate at 90% light transmission. Panels are UV-treated and won't discolour or fade. The structure is wind tested to 90km/hr and snow-load tested to 75kg/m².

Two manually-opened roof vents regulate temperature. No staging is included but compatible shelving and a workbench are available separately. The 10.8m² floor area fits three standard grow bags side by side with room for tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers and overwintering tender plants.

Lockable double doors with a low threshold and magnetic catch make access easy. Assembly uses a sliding panel system panels slot straight in. A 5-year limited warranty is included. Maintenance free once built.

No floor is supplied. The greenhouse must be fixed to a solid level base a concrete slab or firm paving to the full 3610mm x 3060mm footprint. You must prepare the base yourself before assembly. A galvanised steel perimeter base is included to anchor the structure to your prepared surface.

This greenhouse uses a sliding panel assembly system. Pre-cut polycarbonate panels with uniform profiles simply slot into the aluminium frame no cutting required. It is a two-person job given the 3.6m x 3m size. Expect a full day to complete assembly. All fixings and instructions are supplied with the kit.

The 3.6m x 3m floor fits three standard grow bags side by side with space to walk between rows. That gives you six to nine tomato or pepper plants on the floor alone. In spring use the floor space for seed trays and module cells. Add a staging bench along one wall for propagation and potting. In summer run tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers from floor to ridge the 2700mm ridge height gives climbing plants real room. In autumn and winter use the insulated twin-wall roof to overwinter tender perennials, citrus and dahlia tubers.

The polycarbonate panels and aluminium frame are described as completely maintenance free. Wipe panels down with a soft cloth and mild detergent to keep light transmission at its best. Check the two roof vents open and close freely each season. The UV coating is factory-applied and requires no retreatment.

At 3.6m x 3m this is not a small greenhouse it suits a garden with a clear open area. Allow at least 600mm clearance on each side to open the roof vents and access the frame. The double doors open outward so leave 1.2m clear in front. It should not be placed hard against a fence as the perimeter base needs fixing on all sides.
