The Palram Canopia Harmony 6x8 Walk-In Greenhouse (SKU 701550) measures 1.85m x 2.47m that is roughly 4.6 square metres of growing space. For a small or medium garden that is a serious amount of room to grow tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers and tender plants year-round. It comes in a green powder-coated aluminium frame and sits on a galvanised steel perimeter base.

The frame is rust-resistant aluminium finished in green. Panels are 0.7mm crystal-clear polycarbonate with 90% light transmission and full UV protection using Fine Shield Technology™. The structure is wind-tested to 90km/hr and snow-load tested to 75kg/m². Panels are shatterproof and fracture-proof and will not discolour or fade over time.

A manually operated opening roof vent lets you regulate temperature. The door can be fitted for left or right-hand opening and has a magnetic catch plus a padlock fixing padlock not included. No staging is included but compatible Palram Canopia shelving is available separately. Grow bags, tomatoes and seedling trays all fit comfortably on the floor space.

Five-year limited warranty and integrated rain gutters are standard. The panels slide into place for straightforward DIY assembly. No floor is included so a solid level base is required before installation.

No floor is included with this greenhouse. It must be fixed to a solid level base a concrete slab or firm paving is recommended. You will need to prepare and level the ground yourself before assembly. The galvanised steel perimeter base sits on top of your prepared surface. No flooring is supplied.

This greenhouse arrives flat packed for DIY assembly. The polycarbonate panels are pre-cut with uniform profiles and slide into place no cutting required. Two people are recommended to manage frame sections and panels safely. All installation hardware is included. Assembly instructions are supplied with the product. Exact build time will vary but the sliding panel system is designed to make the process as straightforward as possible.

The 1.85m x 2.47m floor gives you roughly 4.6 square metres of usable space. You can fit two standard grow bags end to end along the length with room for a third across the width that is space for six to nine tomato or pepper plants. In spring use the floor and any staging for seed trays and plug plants. In summer train tomatoes and cucumbers up the frame using the optional trellis kit. In winter move tender perennials and overwintering cuttings inside to keep them frost free with an optional heater.

The aluminium frame and polycarbonate panels are described as completely maintenance free. Wipe panels down with mild soapy water periodically to maintain 90% light transmission. Check the roof vent mechanism each season to keep it operating smoothly. Clear the integrated gutters of debris in autumn to keep drainage effective.

At 1.85m wide and 2.47m deep this greenhouse fits into a modest garden plot. Allow at least 600mm clearance on the door side to open it fully and around 300mm on other sides for access and vent operation. It should not be placed directly against a wall or fence as airflow and access around the frame matters.
